POWER PROBE EUROPE in Asturias, Spain, is seeking a Global HR Director to shape our international people strategy across Spain, the US, the UK and Mexico. You will work directly with the Group CEO to drive global HR initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires 12+ years in HR, with 5+ years leading across countries, strong knowledge of local employment laws, and hands-on execution in a lean, global organisation. Travel to the US and UK is expected.

Qualificações

• 12+ years in HR with 5+ years across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment law and US/UK practices.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and HR partners.
• Experience with SAP HR or Power BI is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global HR strategy aligned with business priorities and financial objectives.
• Direct workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee international HR operations across markets with local management and partners.
• Establish consistent global policies, job architecture, and compensation frameworks.
• Collaborate with the Group CEO and CFO on organisational design and headcount planning.
• Ensure governance, payroll oversight and compliance with employment laws.
