Job description

Ever dreamed of working where fragrances tell stories?

At Eurofragance, we don’t just create fragrances — we create experiences. With passion, excellence and bold entrepreneurial spirit, we’re growing fast and want you to grow with us.

Join a global team headquartered in Barcelona, with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India… and more!

Here, your work truly matters — and so do you.

What's your mission?

You will become the key HR partner for our Factory and Operations departments in Spain, driving people initiatives, supporting leaders in their day-to-day challenges and ensuring effective employee relations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will combine strong labor law knowledge, negotiation skills and a hands-on approach to support the business through growth, organizational change and workforce challenges, while maintaining a positive employee experience and operational excellence.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
  • Act as the on-site People & Culture partner for the Factory and Operations teams, maintaining close contact with managers, coordinators and employees. Manage and monitor key people KPIs, including turnover, absenteeism, headcount, overtime, temporary workforce, recruitment, retention and other relevant workforce indicators. Analyze trends, identify root causes, and propose corrective action plans.
  • Own and coordinate employee lifecycle processes for the factory, including recruitment support, onboarding, probation follow-up, internal movements, promotions, contractual changes and offboarding.
  • Advise managers on labor relations, attendance, performance, disciplinary matters, grievances, working time, conflict management and sensitive employee cases.
  • Ensure compliance with Spanish labor legislation, the applicable collective bargaining agreement, internal policies and People & Culture procedures.
  • Although there is currently no employee legal representation, the HRBP must have the experience and capability to lead and coordinate with potential work council, including liaison with legal advisers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and support organizational and operational changes affecting employees, particularly shift changes, working schedules, staffing models, role changes and workforce reorganizations. Assess legal and people impacts, define the implementation plan and support communication and negotiation.
  • Coach factory managers and coordinators in people management, difficult conversations, decision‑making and consistent application of company standards.
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment needs, succession, talent reviews, development actions and salary‑review processes for the assigned population, directly or in coordination with the P&C EAT manager.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Talent, Health & Safety, Legal and external providers to ensure accurate and timely resolution of cases and processes.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, adaptability, resilience, critical thinking, business orientation, confidentiality and ability to operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment.
What you need to shine in this role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field. Postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Human Resources will be considered a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRBP, HR Generalist or Employee Relations role within a factory, industrial or operations environment. Experience supporting shift‑based teams and operational managers is required.
  • High command of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS, time and attendance systems, payroll inputs and people analytics/reporting tools. Ability to build, interpret and present HR dashboards and KPIs.
  • Professional proficiency in English, bilingual Spanish and a high level of Catalan.
  • Limited travel, mainly between Rubí and Sant Cugat del Vallès. Flexibility to adapt on‑site presence to factory needs and occasionally attend different shifts when required (nights and weekends).
