HP is seeking an HR Operations professional to conduct onboarding, data management, and compliance while advising on service enhancements. You will manage employee records, collaborate on process improvements, and support HR education and training to enhance the employee experience.

You will assist in audits, reporting, and country-specific knowledge, contributing to seamless HR operations and knowledge sharing across the organization.

Formación

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Typically 2–4 years of work experience, preferably in customer service or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support HR activities such as onboarding, data changes, leave of absence, benefits, and termination.
• Initiates, reviews, and approves daily HR system transactions for compliance.
• Oversees employee records, supports audits, government surveys, and reporting.
• Consults with departments to streamline HR processes and provides training on best practices.
• Maintains internal HR control standards and implements internal/external audit points.
• Works with shared services to improve processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Contributes to educating HR generalists, managers, and employees on HR tools and practices.
• Provides orientation to new hires and delivers training for new processes and platform rollouts.
• Responds to employee questions via HR platform and updates knowledge base articles.
• Supports projects including acquisitions, representing HR Global Services when needed.
