Nutanix is seeking an HR professional to join Global People Services in a hybrid Barcelona-based role. You will own multi-country HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, respond to employee inquiries via the People Portal, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, GDPR compliance, and payroll coordination. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in HR, strong communication skills in English, and the ability to balance multiple projects.

Formación

• At least 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Experience responding to employee inquiries and managing lifecycle processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with clear communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own multi-country portfolio for standard HR processes and lifecycle events.
• Serve as first point of contact via People Portal and coordinate with CoEs for resolution.
• Provide compensation changes reports to payroll/finance for monthly actioning.
• Support audits, GDPR data integrity, and HR data governance.
