Job summary

Evolution is a world-leading B2B provider in product innovation and software development for online casinos. We are hiring an HR Administrator in Madrid to manage contracts, registrations, health insurance and payroll liaison, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processes.

You will support a multicultural, fast-paced environment, coordinating with internal teams, handling sensitive information with integrity and driving continuous improvement in HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of RED, CONTRAT@ and DELTA.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with A3innuva software is an asset.
• Experience in Work Accidents management or NIES is an asset.
• Able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to handle stressful situations and deadlines.
• Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
• Professional integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts and contract addendums.
• Prepare personnel administration registrations with government entities and health insurance.
• Assist with termination documents and related paperwork.
• Act as first line support on general HR queries.
• Upload documentation on internal systems and keep records up to date.
• File and maintain the HR file system.
• Audit employees' static details across HR databases.
• Liaise with payroll to resolve queries and ensure payroll processes.
• Responsible for employee user account creation.
• Perform other duties as required.
