Job summary

Evolution is a world-leading B2B provider in product innovation and software development for online casinos, with a global footprint and about 18,000 employees across 30+ locations. We are seeking an HR administrator to manage contracts, registrations, payroll liaison, and documentation, in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 1–2 years' experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Experience of 1–2 years in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with RED, CONTRAT@ and DELTA.
• Experience with A3innuva software is an asset.
• Experience in Work Accidents/NIES management is an asset.
• Ability to work in dynamic multicultural environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to take initiative and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts and contract addendums.
• Handle personnel administration registrations, health insurance and related benefits; prepare termination documents.
• Act as first-line HR support for general queries (absence, vacation, sick leaves).
• Upload and maintain documentation in internal systems.
• File and organize HR documents and maintain file systems.
• Audit employees' static details across HR databases.
• Liaise with payroll to resolve queries and ensure payroll processes.
• Create employee user accounts and manage access.
• Other duties as required.
