Ebury León is seeking a highly motivated Junior People Operations Advisor to join our global People Operations team. The role reports to the People Operations Manager in Malaga and offers hybrid work: four days in the office and one day from home each week.

You’ll handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliant services, manage contracts and addendums, generate reports, and support global mobility with the HR People Partnering team.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in Human Resources with advisory responsibilities or administrative expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and interpersonal English communication skills.
• Highly responsive, organized, and results-oriented with proven deadlines achievement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations globally.
• Prepare and maintain offers and addendums in line with local legislation.
• Generate reports and respond to requests from employees and other departments.
