Emeren Group Ltd seeks a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the HR Director, Europe & North America, across EU and US operations. The role covers recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy design, HR systems, and US payroll administration.

You will manage end-to-end processes, ensure GDPR-compliant data handling, and coordinate with local legal counsel as needed, across multiple jurisdictions and teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Law, Business, or similar).
• 5-7 years of HR generalist experience with end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in multi-country EU/US contexts is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, for US/EU collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HRIS.
• Strong prioritization, discretion, and autonomous working in structured processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across EU and US processes.
• Own onboarding and offboarding including documentation and system access.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries on contracts, benefits, leave, and policies.
• Support employee relations matters with documentation and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Assist performance management processes, including cycle calendars and templates.
• Draft and localize group policies to reflect country regulations.
• Coordinate US payroll data submission, changes, and benefits enrollment.
• Manage HRIS data, contracts, compensation, and reporting.
• Support cross-functional projects and HR productivity tool implementations.
