Emeren Group is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to support the HR Director for Europe and North America. You will manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy design, HR systems, and US payroll administration across EU and US employees.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Business, or similar.
• 5-7 years of HR generalist experience.
• Experience in a multi-country context (EU and/or US) preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment law and when to escalate.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Hands-on experience with at least one HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for EU and US.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes across countries.
• Handle employee queries on contracts, benefits, leave, and policies.
• Support employee relations and performance management activities.
• Draft and review group policies and local procedures.
• Coordinate US payroll data submission and admin.
