Job summary

Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Loading & Connectivity Specialist in Palma. You will execute, monitor and maintain loading of contracts, rates, inventory, offers and campaigns across channels and partners to ensure accurate distribution of hotel stays.

You will cooperate with Tour Operators, OTAs and internal teams to resolve incidents, monitor connectivity across Channel Manager, CRS and other platforms, and support billing and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality or related field.
• 2–3 years in Loading & Connectivity in international hotel/tourism.
• Knowledge of reservations, distribution, Tour Operators and OTAs.
• Experience with contract, offer, reservation and finance management systems.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Register, load and monitor contracts, rates, inventory, offers and campaigns.
• Manage loading and follow-up of offers for Tour Operators and OTAs.
• Handle offer loading through partner extranets when required.
• Support resolution of incidents related to contracts, offers and reservations.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on billing discrepancies.
• Monitor configurations and connectivity across Channel Manager, CRS and other platforms.
• Work with commercial teams to align contracts, offers and reservation performance.
• Ensure compliance with loading and connectivity policies across markets.
