Job summary

eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona (Hybrid) is seeking an experienced Accommodation Connectivity Specialist to own relationships with connectivity partners, drive performance, and collaborate with product and commercial teams. You will support onboarding, integration, and optimization of hotel connectivity across platforms.

The role requires 2+ years in a similar area, strong hotel industry knowledge, XML/API familiarity, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in business or tech fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Connectivity/Accommodations role.
• Experience in the hotel industry, with OTA API structure, channel managers and switches, and XML language.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; other European languages welcome.
• Motivated, autonomous, and able to learn quickly.
• Analytical thinker with ability to manage project details and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with assigned connectivity partners to foster long-term partnerships.
• Monitor daily technical performance and propose action plans with Product teams.
• Provide daily technical support to internal and external teams to resolve issues.
• Identify growth opportunities from connectivity data and support partner contracting.
• Lead integration and certification of connectivity partners and onboarding of chains.
• Optimize hotel content mapping workflow to drive conversion.
• Document connectivity processes comprehensively.
