MTS Globe Spain is seeking a proactive Channel Integration Trainee in Palma to join our delegation and support the distribution channels between hotels and incoming agencies for Tour Operator clients. You will manage channel updates, analyze performance, and propose improvements under the guidance of the hotel and corporate teams.

You will gain exposure to industry partners, language training opportunities, and a clear path to develop professional skills in a multinational travel company.

Formación

• Background in Tourism, Business Administration or similar fields.
• Knowledge of distribution channels: Siteminder, Prestige, Idiso and/or Edingus.
• Good English level. Other languages are a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Proactive individual with analytical skills and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in hotel management is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the distribution channels at the MTS GLOBE delegation in Spain through the Channel Manager between the hotel and incoming agencies for Tour Operator clients.
• Ensure the correct update of data across all contracted online distribution channels.
• Ensure proper commercial distribution of these channels between hoteliers and the destination delegation.
• Ability to analyze different distribution channels.
• Review sales by channel, market, hotel, and/or rate type, and propose corrective actions and best practices.
• Propose and suggest improvements for proper online distribution.
• Act as an intermediary between hotels and corporate teams to improve communication flows.
