Infront is seeking a Head of Risk & Compliance to lead Group Risk & Compliance with executive oversight and board reporting. You’ll own ERM and compliance frameworks, drive governance, and coordinate across technology, product, operations, finance and legal.

The role offers broad leadership with exposure to the Board, and responsibility for regulatory alignment, data protection and third‑party risk across jurisdictions. Hybrid work with international scope.

Formación

• 8-12+ years in enterprise risk, compliance or related second‑line roles.
• Strong knowledge of risk governance frameworks and regulatory needs.
• Experience presenting risk matters to senior executives and boards.

Responsabilidades

• Own, maintain and improve the Group Enterprise Risk Management framework and reporting.
• Govern the enterprise risk taxonomy, risk profile and appetite framework.
• Ensure significant risks are identified, assessed and mitigated.
• Provide independent challenge to risk owners and executives on risk matters.
• Lead consolidated risk reporting to the Risk & Compliance Committee, Exec Management and Board.
• Own the Group Compliance framework, governance, monitoring and reporting.
• Translate regulatory obligations into policies, standards and controls.
• Oversee regulatory change, data protection and third‑party risk coordination.
• Manage customer due diligence and third‑party risk governance.
• Oversee policy governance and assurance findings alignment with risk.
• Lead the Risk & Compliance team and promote clear ownership across the organisation.
