Lynx Financial Crime Tech S.A. in Madrid leads the independent Risk & Compliance function, collaborating with Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams to enable sustainable growth while meeting regulatory expectations.

The Head of Risk & Compliance will balance protection with speed, provide independent challenge, and embed risk management into product design and daily decisions across the organisation.

Formación

• 10+ years' experience in Risk Management or related control functions within fintech or financial services.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Deep expertise in Technology Risk, Cybersecurity Risk and Operational Resilience.
• Experience engaging with Executives, Boards, regulators and external auditors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Second Line of Defense and maintain a holistic view of the company's risk profile across all activities.
• Define and evolve the Risk & Compliance framework to be proportionate, scalable and aligned with strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Oversee identification and assessment of emerging risks, trends and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure governance through robust risk reporting, policies and governance forums for informed decision making.
• Build trusted relationships with regulators, external auditors and partners, representing the company on risk matters.
• Promote a strong risk culture with accountability, transparency and prudent risk-taking.
• Advise Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams to embed risk management early in design and delivery.
• Provide constructive challenge to First Line teams to balance oversight with innovation.
• Drive automation and data-driven risk management to support rapid growth without compromising resilience.
