ManpowerGroup is partnering with a leading global logistics organization to identify a Compliance Director who will shape and strengthen the compliance agenda across a complex international business.

This senior role requires advising executive management, embedding compliance into commercial decisions, and guiding regulatory and ethical matters across multiple regions and markets with a focus on integrity and sustainable growth.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit or Governance functions.
• Strong expertise in sanctions, export controls, AML and anti-corruption frameworks.
• Experience in multinational, highly regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously enhance the Compliance Program across a global logistics network.
• Advise senior stakeholders on key compliance risks and regulatory developments.
• Oversee areas including sanctions, export controls, AML, anti-corruption, data privacy, third-party risk, and regulatory investigations.
