Jobgether is seeking an EMEA Partner Manager based in Spain to expand regional partnerships across AI, CX, and cloud ecosystems. You will recruit, onboard, enable, and grow high-value partners, negotiating commercial terms and co-developing joint business plans with GSIs, consultants, and service providers.

Formación

• 8+ years in partner management or related fields.
• Experience with AI providers, CCaaS, GSIs, consultants.
• Strong negotiation and contract management experience.
• Ability to develop joint business plans and GTM strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard strategic partners.
• Lead partner onboarding and enablement.
• Manage partner relationships at executive and operational levels.
• Develop joint business plans and growth initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, and Product.
• Represent partner needs internally and monitor market trends.
