Travelport is hiring a Global Manager, Hotel and Car Partner Support in Barcelona to lead end-to-end partner services for hotels and car partners. You will guide a geographically distributed team, set performance standards, and ensure consistent, high-quality support with regional flexibility.
You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Commercial and Finance to drive modernization using AI, automation and data insights, delivering a seamless partner experience and measurable performance
Formación
- Experience in partner support and operations for hotel and car ecosystems.
- Experience managing global teams.
- Deep knowledge of hotel and car products, distribution models, and APIs.
- Experience working with Product and Technology teams on integrations and issue resolution.
- Proven track record of modernization using AI and automation.
- Data-driven decision making using performance analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end global partner support for hotel and car partners.
- Lead regional and cross-functional teams.
- Define SLAs, KPIs and standards.
- Drive AI-enabled, data-driven improvements.
- Partner with Commercial, Product, Technology, Finance and Legal.
- Deliver scalable support solutions at global scale.
