Fever is seeking a Growth Strategy Manager in Madrid to lead expansion across India and APAC, owning the growth roadmap and partner portfolio. You will work at the intersection of data, marketing and business development, guiding projects from ideation to impact.

You will influence product prioritization, revenue optimization and cross‑functional collaboration with regional stakeholders, while building scalable strategies in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in analytical business roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Strong data-driven storytelling and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead growth initiatives for India/APAC expansion.
• Act as lead advisor to strategic partners using Fever data and tech.
• Drive projects from analysis to implementation with measurable outcomes.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows as Fever scales.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to build compelling business cases.
