Openbank is seeking a Growth Marketing & MarTech Lead to join the new Global Marketing Strategy & Planning team in Madrid. You will connect growth marketing expertise with MarTech product thinking and rigorous experimentation to scale reusable capabilities across markets.

You will drive a phased roadmap, prioritize high-impact use cases, and turn market learnings into global standards that improve ROI on marketing investments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth marketing, digital acquisition or MarTech across markets.
• Experience building scalable marketing capabilities and playbooks.
• Proven ability to translate opportunities into tech/data requirements and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Build Growth Marketing capability roadmap across priority markets.
• Shape and scale MarTech foundations with cross-functional partners.
• Establish acquisition, lifecycle, personalization and experimentation standards.
• Lead pilots to reusable global assets and playbooks.
