Openbank is seeking a SEO & GEO Optimization Project Manager based out of Madrid to lead organic growth and manage the SEO workstream for a large CMS migration from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Content, UX and Analytics to maximize visibility and AI-driven discovery, define KPIs, and drive innovation in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Technical SEO, Organic Growth or Digital Acquisition.
• Experience managing CMS implementations or large-scale migrations (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Knowledge of AI-powered search ecosystems and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the overall SEO, GEO and LLM optimization strategy.
• Lead the SEO workstream of the migration from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Develop strategies to optimise Openbank's visibility across AI-powered search engines and Large Language Models.
• Own technical SEO strategy across all digital properties.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for SEO, GEO and AI visibility.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing and external agencies.
