Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy in Banking, FS or Digital businesses.
• Experience defining growth, customer value or commercial strategies based on data.
• Experience analyzing performance, customer behaviour and KPIs to identify opportunities.
• Experience in financial analysis with banking P&L dynamics understanding.
• Experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience in digital banking, savings and investment products, wealth management or customer lifecycle strategies valued.

• Define and evolve Openbank's savings strategy based on customer insights, market dynamics and competitive analysis.
• Design differentiated and sustainable initiatives to grow customer balances and profitability while strengthening engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze the end-to-end savings journey to improve customer engagement and value.
• Monitor savings product performance and market evolution to support strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities across savings and investment products to maximize value.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives coordinating Product, Marketing, Data, Operations and Technology teams.
