Job summary
Bausch + Lomb seeks a senior global marketing leader to drive the glaucoma franchise, spanning portfolio strategy, lifecycle planning and market-entry expansion across new international markets.
The role collaborates with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain, Quality, Digital and Commercial teams and partners with distributors and KOLs to deliver sustainable adoption and growth.
Qualifications
- Scientific or clinical degree required; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
- Significant commercial and marketing experience in ophthalmic medical devices.
- Experience launching products into international markets and market-entry planning.
- Experience with procedure-based or capital medical devices and surgeon training.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and KOL management capabilities.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead global strategic and operational marketing for the glaucoma franchise.
- Drive geographic expansion by building and owning market-entry roadmaps.
- Coordinate with Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
- Partner with distributors, KOLs and professional societies to enable adoption.
- Develop business cases, forecasts and performance metrics for global markets.
