Job summary

Exeltis, part of Insud Pharma, seeks a CNS International Marketing Lead to drive international strategy and launch readiness for CNS products across key markets. The role connects development, medical, market access and commercial perspectives to ensure compliant launches throughout the product life cycle.

The position requires 5+ years in pharmaceutical commercial roles, strong cross-functional leadership and a deep understanding of CNS care pathways, with a focus on international launch

Qualifications

• Degree in Health Sciences, preferably Pharmacy.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical commercial roles.
• Experience with international CNS launches.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive international commercial strategy and launch readiness for CNS products across key markets.
• Develop and lead the cross-functional launch roadmap across the International region.
• Own the international launch readiness plan for CNS, ensuring alignment from pre-launch to activation.
• Ensure aligned core marketing messages across affiliates with local regulatory and market needs.
• Collaborate with Market Access on evidence needs and value messaging for reimbursement.
