Job summary

North Search is seeking a Marketing Director to join the executive team of an international organization in the Consulting sector. You will design and implement marketing plans for product portfolios, ensure brand consistency, and support main clients to achieve business objectives.

This role requires a degree in Business or Marketing, at least 3 years in marketing leadership (B2B), and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years in Marketing Director roles within the B2B industry.

Responsibilities

• Elaborate and implement the marketing plan for product portfolios from strategy to tactics in line with the overall company plan.
• Manage the marketing budget and analyze service profitability and commercial success, working with a cross-functional team.
• Roll out the company’s marketing strategies and annual plans within the main clients, ensuring alignment with the global objectives.
• Implement and monitor the road to market, promotional campaigns, advertising activities, and events to strengthen market presence.
• Supervise the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and data to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Collaborate with the sales team to define promotional campaigns, evaluate results, and provide marketing support tools to optimize performance.
• Contribute to the definition of annual and periodic sales forecasts, based on marketing insights and data analysis.
• Present new products and marketing initiatives during national and regional sales meetings.
• Maintain effective communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and market feedback.
