Morningstar Madrid is seeking an Associate Data Research Analyst to join the Global Data Team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets. You will collaborate with global data teams and local business representatives to deliver high-quality investment data and support data acquisition and management.

You are a multilingual communicator with strong teamwork and a keen eye for data quality.

Formación

• Fluent in English and two other languages.
• Strong teamwork and client-focused attitude.
• Detail-oriented with data quality and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with global data teams and local business representatives.
• Be data expert on investment data points, methodologies, and fund structures.
• Manage relationships with fund companies and set up acquisition channels.
• Meet production deadlines for internal and external clients.
• Evaluate procedures, create and enhance analytical tools, and drive improvements.
• Apply LEAN Six Sigma project management to data issues.
• Collect and maintain Morningstar data with high accuracy.
• Own the data ticket queue and provide timely updates and resolutions.
• Understand internal roles to expedite issue resolution.
• Translate requests into detailed specs and user stories.
• Improve client use cases to meet/exceed expectations.
