You will work on data acquisition, management, and process improvements while leveraging Excel and cross-functional teamwork to meet client deadlines and support investor success.

Formación

• Fluent in English and at least two other languages.
• Excellent teamwork with diverse colleagues.
• Strong data quality mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience in project management and data operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate closely with global data teams.
• Serve as data expert on investment data points and fund structures.
• Manage relationships with fund companies and set up acquisition channels.
• Meet production deadlines for clients.
• Evaluate procedures and develop analytical tools.
• Apply LEAN Six Sigma to track and resolve complex data issues.
• Collect and maintain Morningstar data ensuring accuracy.
• Translate internal requests into detailed specs and user stories.
• Document client use cases to ensure new functionality meets expectations.
