Morningstar Madrid is seeking a Data Research Analyst to join the Global Data Team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data across global markets and collaborating with local business representatives.

You are fluent in English and at least two other languages, with strong data quality discipline, Excel proficiency, and experience in data acquisition, management and process improvement. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with global data teams and local business representatives.
• Be the data expert on investment data points, processes and calculations.
• Maintain relationships with providers and set up acquisition channels.
• Meet production deadlines for internal and external clients.
• Evaluate procedures and implement process improvements.
• Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to track data issues and resolutions.
• Collect and maintain Morningstar data with high accuracy and coverage.
• Own issues in the data ticket queue and provide timely updates and resolutions.
• Translate internal requests into detailed specs and user stories.
• Document use cases to ensure new functionality meets client needs.
