BizAway S.r.l. (ES) is seeking a Global Financial Controller to lead its controlling function from Barcelona. You will be responsible for financial reporting, profitability analysis, and managing a team of about 10. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years of experience, including 3+ years as a Financial Controller.

Your role involves overseeing financial operations, implementing automation, and ensuring collaborative success across departments. The position includes an attractive compensation package and the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of total work experience; at least 3+ years as Financial Controller.
• Strong commercial acumen and proven collaboration with non-financial teams.
• Experience implementing automation or AI in finance departments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the monthly/annual consolidated closing process and implement AI integration.
• Analyze customer-level profitability and advise leadership on commercial structures.
• Oversee accurate consolidated closings under local GAAPs and IFRS.
