Nice Tech in Molins de Rei, Spain, is seeking a dedicated Business Controller to drive AI-powered financial analysis and reporting. The role focuses on formalizing controls and enabling strategic decision-making across the organization, reporting to the Finance Manager.

The ideal candidate has hands-on AI experience, strong Excel and ERP skills (SAP), and can design models from scratch while thriving in a fast-evolving environment. Hybrid remote work and a permanent contract are offered.

Formación

• University education in ADE, Economics or related field.
• 2 years of experience performing similar tasks.
• Experience at headquarters in international environments.
• Excellent English level.
• Advanced Excel and SAP or other ERP systems expected (SAP replacement planned by 2027).

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven solutions to existing workflows.
• Build and iterate on models that support business decision-making.
• Lead the formalization of operational processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure standards are understood and applied.
• Perform financial variance analysis and support profitability assessments.
• Prepare and monitor financial reporting, including budgeting support, forecasts, expense analysis, scenario modelling, and cash-flow reviews.
• Analyse accounting operations across billing, AR/AP, GL, inventory, costs, consolidation, and revenue for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate product and customer pricing and assess margin performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of treasury processes, cash management, internal controls, planning methodologies, and information systems.
• Lead budgeting process, monitor cost deviations, and provide financial insights to business units and department leaders.
• Support monthly closings, sales reporting, project financial control, and contribute to audits and due-diligence activities.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager on process design, team training, and implementation of automation and financial tools.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
