ManpowerGroup está buscando un Controller Financiero para liderar la función de finanzas y contabilidad en una filial española. Reportará al CEO de España y trabajará con la sede en Italia para asegurar la alineación de políticas, procesos y controles.

La posición es 100% en sitio en la zona de Barcelona, con duración del proyecto de aproximadamente 6 meses y un inicio previsto en septiembre. Se requiere experiencia en entornos internacionales y dominio de regulación fiscal española.

Formación

• Se necesita formación en contabilidad/finanzas y capacidad de gestionar controles internos.
• Experiencia en entornos multinacionales o internacionales deseable.
• Dominio de regulaciones contables y fiscales españolas.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar las funciones de contabilidad y reporting financiero en España.
• Gestionar cierres mensuales y anuales y garantizar precisión en los estados financieros.
• Alinear políticas contables y controles con estándares del grupo y la sede italiana.
• Apoyar auditorías, presupuestos, forecast e integración post‑adquisición.

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join a strategic project within an international Group undergoing expansion and integration.

We are looking for a finance professional with strong expertise in financial controlling and accounting who is eager to play a key role in leading the finance function of a newly acquired Spanish subsidiary. This position will be instrumental in supporting the company's integration into the Group, aligning accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls with the standards of the Italian headquarters while ensuring full compliance with Spanish regulations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead the finance and accounting function in Spain, acting as the main liaison between the local business and the Italian headquarters. This role will play a critical part in post‑acquisition integration activities, driving process standardization, financial reporting excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Harmonize local accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls with Group standards.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting, statutory, and tax requirements.
• Prepare Group reporting packages, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Drive process improvements and support the implementation of standardized finance procedures and systems.
• Act as the main finance point of contact between the Spanish subsidiary and the Italian headquarters.
• Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and post‑acquisition integration projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Controlling, or similar roles.
• Previous experience in an international or multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Proven track record in process improvement and implementation of internal controls.
• Fluency in Spanish and English or Italian.
• Strong technical accounting skills combined with a proactive mindset, excellent collaboration abilities, and experience managing change in an international environment.
