RUTRONIK Electronics Worldwide in Madrid is looking for a qualified team player in accounting. In this challenging role, you will manage accounts receivable, customer accounts, and assist with financial transactions while ensuring tax compliance.

Experience in customer engagement and fluency in English and Spanish are mandatory. The company offers a full-time position and competitive compensation within a supportive, professional team.

Formación

• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Preferably, prior experience in customer interaction and engagement.
• Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a valuable advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Continuous monitoring of outstanding debts and credit assessment.
• New customers’ registration and maintaining customer records.
• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Booking payments and travel expenses efficiently.
• Verifying invoice uploads to the SII system twice a week.
• Assisting with audit requests and financial reporting.
• Managing time registration, holiday tracking, and absence reporting.
• Handling vehicle rental contracts and compliance with company policies.
