Kenes Group in Madrid is seeking an Exhibition & Industry Coordinator to ensure seamless delivery of sponsor and exhibitor requirements at congresses. You will coordinate onsite and virtual operations, manage client communications, and oversee production logistics with suppliers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and the ability to work across borders, with frequent travel and a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Experience in events tourism industry.
• Experience in exhibitions management, client liaison, and international environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel frequently (4-6 times per year), including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English.
• Academic degree and experience with event technology.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage exhibitor and sponsor operations, both onsite and virtual.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing communications and orders.
• Oversee technical and operational aspects, working closely with suppliers and the internal project team.
• Collaborate with clients on booth setup, design, and production logistics.
• Work with suppliers on congress production, including booth construction, A/V, IT, and shipping.
• Supervise on-site activities and ensure successful execution of client requirements.
• Provide high-quality customer service and proactively address client needs.
