Amcor Limited is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager, EMEA, to lead end-to-end recruitment across a diverse, multi-country region. The role reports to HR leadership and balances regional requirements with global standards, driving capability, data adoption and stakeholder partnership.

You will manage a team of TA professionals, oversee senior hires, and contribute to the modernisation of Amcor’s TA function while maintaining local flexibility.

Formación

• Significant progressive experience in internal Talent Acquisition leadership across EMEA.
• Proven ability to deliver across diverse geographies within a multinational, matrix organisation.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and market insight capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to leverage data for decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across EMEA with quality, speed and cost targets.
• Lead and develop a team of 7 TA professionals and ensure alignment to global models.
• Partner with senior business leaders to provide talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Drive data-driven decision making and global TA process adoption.
• Contribute to modernising TA capability and governance across the region.
• Manage select senior or complex hires directly.
