Amcor is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for EMEA to lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple markets from Barcelona and Bristol. This role sits on the Global TA leadership team and balances regional complexity with centralized processes.

You will manage a team of TA professionals, drive data-driven decision making, and partner with senior leaders to shape talent strategy, workforce planning, and market insights for sustainable business growth.

Formación

• Significant progressive experience in Talent Acquisition leadership delivering across the EMEA.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across EMEA, ensuring quality, speed, and cost metrics.
• Lead a team of TA professionals and drive capability development.
• Align regional delivery with global standards while allowing local flexibility.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Leverage data and insights to inform hiring strategies.
