Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking a proactive Global Sales Contracting Trainee to support contract management and the sales team in Madrid. You will help process contracts, maintain RFP files, and generate reports while coordinating with global teams and systems.

The role requires a current enrollment in a tourism/business degree, English fluency, and a proactive, organized mindset with hospitality exposure. Hybrid training opportunities and multinational exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled, preferably in the final year of a degree in Tourism/Business Administration (or related Master’s Program).
• Min 1-year experiences in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Hotel Management Systems.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
• Further languages like Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Contract Management Team Leader and Directors in sourcing and converting Business RFPs (Transient & Group) inquiries.
• Coordinate Corporate & Consortia Global Contracting: create, maintain and update RFP files across the full sales process.
• Develop and train contracting processes.
• Create PO creations and invoicing processing.
• Lead in pipeline analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting extractions.
• Ensure data accuracy in company systems.
• Assist Sales Force and respond to client inquiries in the absence of Sales Managers/Directors.
• Work with NH Sales Tools; SAP/TMS; RFP tools and CRM; liaise with HQ and BUs for action plans and reports.
• Attend required meetings with sales team and clients.
• Support in office management tasks and maintain a high-quality client database.
