Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an efficient and detail-oriented Event Operations Specialist to support our global conference and tradeshow program across Life Science and Corporate divisions. You will coordinate logistics, budgets, and contracts, working closely with Sales, Marketing Leads, and the tradeshow marketing team to ensure flawless execution.

You’ll educate cross-functional teams, create pre-show briefings, manage vendor relationships, and help maximize event ROI while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of events experience or project coordination roles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Basic design capabilities (PowerPoint, Canva, etc.).
• Understanding of event operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and logistics for trade shows and conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing Leads, and the tradeshow marketing team to execute strategy and on-site tactics.
• Produce pre-show briefs and conduct pre-event meetings.
• Manage trade show contracts, invoices, and budgets across events.
• Work with vendors to source giveaways and manage stock; ensure ROI.
