Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking a Solutions Architect/Engineer to design and implement enterprise-level solutions using the GlobalLink suite for a diverse client portfolio. You will draft detailed implementation plans, coordinate with client teams, and ensure on-time delivery of configurations and upgrades.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and excellent English communication, with strong problem solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft project plans with implementation details and timelines.
• Ensure deadlines of implementation timelines are met.
• Coordinate with clients’ internal teams during GlobalLink implementations.
• Execute and verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools per client requirements.
• Serve as primary technical contact and escalation point for clients.
• Assist the support team with client configuration issues.
• Contribute to life cycle of GlobalLink products with Product Management.
• Mentor new team members as needed.
• Prepare trainings and procedures for team improvement.
• Coordinate installation, setup and upgrade of GlobalLink connectors.
• Create custom reports for clients in MySQL.

Job description

Solutions Architects / Engineers collaborate with internal teams to design and implement enterprise-level solutions for TransPerfect’s international portfolio of clients using the GlobalLink suite of products.

• Draft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis
• Ensure the deadlines of the implementation timeline are met
• Coordinate with the clients´ internal teams while overseeing GlobalLink product implementation
• Execute and verify the configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirements
• Act as the primary technical point of contact and point of technical escalation for clients
• Assist the support team with any client configuration issues
• Be involved in the life cycle of GlobalLink products by working closely with the Product Management team, reporting client technical issues and requesting new functionalities for products based on direct client exposure
• Become the spokesperson of the team for one or more of our products if desired
• Coordinate the installation, set-up and upgrade of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integrators
• Assist clients with the coordination of GlobalLink connectors upgrades
• Create custom reports for clients in MySQL
• Mentor new team members as needed
• Prepare trainings and procedures to contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's work
• Contribute to internal projects
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
