Job summary

Bruker is seeking an Event Communications Specialist to plan and manage end-to-end event communications for European and global markets. You will negotiate sponsorship contracts, coordinate pre-, on-site and post-event activities, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

The role supports ABX strategies and travel logistics for SciY representatives, contributing to sponsorship ROI and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; project management certs (PMP/PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with event platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite).
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end-to-end event communications for trade shows and conferences in Europe and globally.
• Negotiate sponsorship contracts, booth agreements, and vendor relationships for events.
• Coordinate pre-event, on-site and post-event communications with internal stakeholders and sales.
• Align event communications with ABX strategy and target account lists.
• Support travel planning and logistics for SciY representatives at events.
• Ensure brand consistency and track post-event metrics and ROI.
