Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced events professional to join the European Corporate Events team. You will plan and execute major customer conferences and internal field kickoffs across Europe, collaborating with sales, marketing and cross‑functional teams.

You will manage end‑to‑end event logistics, budgets, vendor relationships, and on‑site execution, traveling up to 15% as required. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely delivery, and teamwork in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in mid- to large scale corporate event logistics & production.
• Proven experience managing event program elements from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Experience managing event budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute key components of large-scale conferences across Europe.
• Oversee end-to-end event workstreams (hotels, F&B, registration, receptions, meetings).
• Ensure high-quality service and timely delivery of all event components.
• Review vendor contracts and draft edits with senior team and legal.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and invoice reconciliation.
