Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and logistics for trade shows and global conferences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute strategy and onsite tactics.
• Produce consistent trade shows by guiding processes, education cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Understand event goals to maximize ROI and align with business objectives.
• Manage trade show contracts, invoices, payments and budgets across events.
• Coordinate exhibit design, graphics, and promotional materials with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and prepare pre-show briefings and post-show follow-ups.
