Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Team Lead for Subsidiaries Applications to oversee global ERP, support, and optimization across international operations. You will coordinate with regional teams, guide S4 Hana implementations and upgrades, and ensure ERP performance aligns with strategic goals.

The role requires strong leadership, deep ERP experience, and the ability to manage cross‑functional stakeholders, drive process improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience in enterprise IT or ERP environments.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP system management and optimization across international locations.
• Lead global ERP deployments and module integrations with testing and training.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align ERP with objectives.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and cost reductions.
• Develop end-user training and provide global support.
• Ensure ERP compliance and data security across regions.
• Configure reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
