Infosys Consulting seeks an experienced SAP program leader to drive complex business transformation initiatives across ECC and S/4 HANA. You will lead multi‑vendor and globally distributed teams, ensuring programs deliver value on time and within budget.

The role requires exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence C‑level executives. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Formación

• Experience in leading challenging SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Proven ability to deliver on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed, multi-vendor teams.
• Experience with global delivery and client-facing consulting roles.
• Strong IT, business and change management alignment for program success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with C-level influence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams and multi‑vendor environments.
• Develop and implement program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change teams to ensure success.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships at all levels.
