Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Transformation Program Manager to lead an end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple businesses and countries. You will unify business processes, data, IT, change, and training teams to ensure a successful implementation and adoption.

This high-visibility role requires 8+ years in program management or ERP transformation, with strong SAP S/4HANA experience and international stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management or business transformation.
• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs across countries and functions.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP transformations; SAP Public Cloud knowledge is a plus.
• Good understanding of processes such as order-to-cash, project execution, supply chain, and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple workstreams and countries.
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to align business, process, data, IT, and change management.
• Drive standardized processes, minimize customization, and resolve issues and dependencies.
• Manage program scope, budget, resources, milestones, risks, and governance.
• Lead governance and senior stakeholder communications with clear visibility of progress and priorities.
• Oversee deployment readiness and Go-Live, ensuring business continuity.
• Ensure smooth transition into stable operations with clear ownership and post-Go-Live support.
• Promote project and change management disciplines and continuous improvement of the approach.
