Opella Healthcare Group seeks an ERP Platform Lead to define and drive the strategy, governance and operational excellence of its global SAP platform ecosystem.

You will lead a global team delivering critical platform services and transformation initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders and SAP to enable a reliable ERP landscape. The role requires strong SAP expertise, cross‑functional leadership and a focus on security and compliance.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading enterprise SAP platforms and ERP transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related cloud services.
• Experience managing global teams and external providers.
• Ability to translate technical topics into business outcomes.

Mansioni

• Define and deliver the technology roadmap for SAP platforms (on-prem, Rise, SAP Cloud).
• Lead platform lifecycle activities including migrations and upgrades.
• Provide technical governance across SAP components and integrated tech.
• Drive performance monitoring, incident management and security/compliance.
