Qualifications

• Experience leading or contributing to SAP Finance and ERP transformation programmes, ideally within complex, international organisations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, including financial reporting, controlling, treasury, tax, and core record-to-report activities.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Finance solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and related Finance capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and leadership teams, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the functional transformation of the Finance domain during the global SAP S/4HANA rollout across multiple countries.
• Act as the main Finance point of contact, connecting Finance stakeholders, Digital teams, and project leaders.
• Ensure global process harmonization by applying and protecting the Finance core model and standards.
• Translate business needs into clear, scalable functional solutions through workshops and collaborative design sessions.
• Support ERP delivery activities from design to go-live, including testing phases and hypercare.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Finance solutions integrate smoothly with other business systems.
• Contribute to governance, decision-making, and continuous improvement of the Finance ERP landscape.
