Trinasolar in Madrid seeks a seasoned marketing professional to bridge global strategies with regional execution, supporting growth through strategic initiatives, customer engagement and sales enablement.

You will conduct market intelligence, monitor industry trends, and collaborate with regional teams to translate insights into go-to-market plans and product positioning. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional European languages a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business marketing, market intelligence, product marketing or sales enablement, preferably within renewable energy sectors.
• Experience supporting regional sales teams and collaborating with regional marketing teams in a multinational business environment.
• Experience in energy storage or related industrial tech sectors preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional European languages a plus.

• Partner with regional business and marketing teams to align global strategies with regional execution.
• Conduct market research, intelligence and customer insights to support go-to-market planning.
• Monitor market trends and prepare intelligence reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate to identify market opportunities and translate insights into marketing strategies.
• Support development of strategic marketing plans with competitive analysis.
• Plan and execute exhibitions, events, webinars, launches and regional activities.
• Develop marketing materials and enablement tools for regional development.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve market research and collaboration.
