Rondo Energy seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee international energy storage projects from FEED through commissioning. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams across sales, engineering, supply chain, and regulatory affairs, acting as primary client contact.

The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model and frequent travel; you will lead safety and quality compliance while driving project performance and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Structural preferred).
• Experience delivering large-scale construction projects (> USD 25M) on time and within budget.
• International project experience and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project delivery of thermal energy storage projects.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect timelines and costs.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, vendors, consultants and third parties.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams from FEED & permitting to commissioning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Prepare status reports and drive performance improvements.
