Job summary

Revlon is seeking an eCommerce Key Account Manager to lead growth for our Beauty brands across Amazon Europe from our Cornellà de Llobregat office (hybrid: 3 days onsite).

You will own revenue targets, manage key accounts, develop JBPs, and collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and EU teams to drive availability, pricing, and profitability.

This role suits a data-driven, agile thinker with 5+ years in eCommerce and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce or commercial roles.
• 2+ years managing Amazon Retail/Seller Central.
• Experience in FMCG/Beauty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Europe Beauty revenue and profitability targets across Amazon EU.
• Manage day-to-day commercial relationships with eCommerce customers.
• Lead JBPs, category negotiations, and investment strategies.
• Drive assortment, pricing, distribution, and profitability initiatives.
