Ecotone France is seeking a Global D-Commerce Performance & Analytics Manager to lead the reporting backbone for our online business across Europe. You will own dashboards, track the digital shelf, and drive data-driven decisions by integrating external market data.

This role offers global exposure, collaboration with multiple markets, and room to grow within a purpose-driven company. Reports to the Global Head of Digital Commerce and supports Retail Media initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in eCommerce analytics or digital performance.
• Experience building dashboards from multiple data sources.
• Ability to translate numbers into clear recommendations.
• Retail Media or FMCG background is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own our performance reporting - dashboards, KPIs, monthly and quarterly overviews.
• Track the digital shelf - monitor content quality, availability, rankings across retailers.
• Integrate external market data to track category trends and pricing benchmarks.
• Support Retail Media measurement - ROAS, TACoS and incrementality across markets.
