Guess Europe Sagl is seeking an E-Commerce Performance Marketing & SEO Manager to lead online marketing strategies that drive traffic, acquisition, and revenue for the Guess e-commerce site. You will oversee the Performance Marketing team and optimize paid and organic channels to improve visibility and ROI.

The role requires strong SEO and analytics expertise, collaboration with content and creative teams, and the ability to manage budgets and report on performance.

Formación

• 8+ years' experience in web-marketing and CRO environment.
• 8+ years' experience in SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEMrush, Adobe Omniture and Google Search Console.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic/display networks, and affiliate marketing.
• Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies for awareness, consideration, and conversion.
• Lead A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and conversion funnels.
• Coordinate with creative and content teams on ad assets and messaging.
• Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports/dashboards.
